Hi there EXFAMILY , I hope everybody is well and in good spirits, looking forward to Christmas and New Year!

Kids are officially off school, calmer days ahead, without rushing in the mornings, ahhhh, blessing in itself if I might add:)

Earlier this month I had a pleasure of meeting our lovely Linda from Philadelphia , we had a lovely afternoon chatting and getting to know each other, she's a very beautiful and lovely lady.

I've changed my profile picture to the one picture we took together, you can have a look-Two Linda's together:)

It was a privilege to meet one of the EX-es, and have a wonderful time together, I hope we'll meet again!

Eventhough I haven't been on the site for a while I can see there are many new members and I wanted to say hi and welcome to all of you, congratulations on your decision to quit and the willingness to move forward towards freedom from poison !

One thing I would say is please believe in yourself -Take all the good advice given, read as much as possible, find a hobby , something you like to do, learn something new maybe , to sing , new language etc .

I was once where you are today, I went and still go through lows and highs , through easy and not so easy days   , through doubts and certainties , through cries and laughter etc etc.

I am still here, still willing still determined still believing in myself and still moving forward -You can too dear friends, one step at a time , never ever stop believing in yourself -You are the power to beat your addiction and you will beat it.

Wishing you all a lovely and happy Christmas, may you have good health and prosperity , blessed with laughter and happiness x

All the best

Linda 260DOF
