Had a nightmare that the stores all raised their prices on the Christmas gift I am planning to buy for my mom today.  I am told that that's a pretty tame nightmare, but it shook me up.  All showered and ready to shop.  Just waiting for places to open.  Had to use my self talk this morning--had a strong crave.  This time when I achieve my milestones, I am going to have to remember how hard starting over would be.  Glad to be back to my quit.  I hope everyone has a great day!
