I ws actaually thinking about how good it would be to smoke. Boredom? Watching Tv with characters that were smoking? I don't know. It made me really angry how protective I have to be of myself.
I am only 3 days into this so I am trying to be patient. Back to bed for me...flu is still kicking me to the curb.
