I've been feeling a bit under the weather today both mentally and physically. Interestingly tho I'm finding that I know ... that I do NOT want a "cigarette!" My friends - some of you might remember - this a HUGE improvement over my previous quit attempt! But there is still this feeling of missing something which is very annoying!!! :). (Trying not to make that something food.) I'm very pleased to not be "specifically" craving a stinking burning poison stick. Yuk! But I'm just wondering how long this feeling of the "missing something" lasts. Through NML? It's helpful to me that I can vividly remember how bad a cig tasted/smelled when I relapsed before and I have absolutely no desire to go back. (May it stay way and I stay vigilant!!) Love the easier deeper breathing and clean smelling house, clothes, car everywhere! It's going to be a nice Smokefree Christmastime with only nice Holiday smells!!
