Thankful!

Yesterday was a lovely time. My Cousins feast was amazing!  I did really well. Didn't think of smoking. It was so enjoyable not to be that poor soul going outside alone in the cold and coming in reeking of smoke. I didn't miss any of the antics going on and I felt really "present". Like a stuffed butterball myself but present!  Then went to bed with that full tummy last night and had terrible dreams. Finally it got so bad in my dream everyone was lighting up. Even nonsmokers!  I did too .. Crazy!  Glad to wake up and realize I still had my Quit!!  Happy Black Friday everybody. I will NOT be shopping. 🙂
