What DOES the doctor know ?

Before I remark on today's title I should preface this with the statement its been nearly 5 days since I have quit. And, I'm discovering it really hasn't gotten any easier. I've read a ton of literature and fully understand what is going on but its like having an arguement with myself. And, I continue to win. Any suggestions? And please don't suggest I read something else. What's worked for you that has helped you with the cravings and the seemingly constant mental pressure?

Now, perhaps I should be really concerned about my doctor knows that I don't. I was recently given a prescription and she informed me I would have to take the medication for the rest of my life. Upon picking up the pills at the pharmacy and returning home I just happened to look at the label to make sure the instructions were the same as she told me. I couldn't punch up her number fast enough on my cell phone. I really needed to know how serious my condition is because the prescription label was marked: No Refills.

Smile all and have a great Thanksgiving. If you're traveling stay safe. And I am thankful for for all the encouragement you provide.
