Several years ago a prestigous medical journal printed a paper on a clinical study of men 40 and over. It concluded men over 40 who took a short daily nap enhanced their heart health.
Well, here I am a former smoker of 36 hours who is still fighting the urge and craving. But as an intelligent human being, I figured out how to create a distraction to these unwanted intruders and add healthy behavour to my day. I simply took a nap. It worked !
Today was a bit easier than yesterday and tomorrow will be even better. If not, I can always take a nap.
