On 26th Nov 2014, I will complete ONE YEAR of smoke free days. Feeling so great, great and great. To be honest, when I started smoke free days, i had in mind to go for 100 days with out smoke, and then capture couple of ciggarattes daily. Because I was like 5 to 6 ciggarattes a day type of person. so smoking couple of them in the night would jell very well.

During my first month of smoke free month, i came across this site. Those days, who ever tells you how to quit, why to quit, any site, videos, books all i use to go through. I came across Alan Carr's book on quit smoking. That gave me very strong push to change the earlier thinking (only upto 100 days) to NOPE. This site also has contirbuted  A LOT to my decision, journey on smoke free days.

So I am thankful to all of you for your best wishes on smoke free journey. You have responded to my blogs time to time, given hand holding, feeling of being together on the journey, - i must be grateful to you.

Reading the article, blogs, sharing views on this site is emmense important, real real world, and full of energetic momentum. The learnings by some one else is also for me. That helps not to slip our on any day.

I will celebrate towards week end on 29th Nov, when i will be with my family on this occassion.

Brain is now used NOPE, NOPE and NOPE.

Best Regards

Day 362.
