I am so excited to celebrate my 200 days of freedom today!  It hasn't always been easy but I must say that it gets easier each passing day!  The only way out it through!  The six very simple words speak volumes when it comes to beating this horrible, powerful addiction.  Thanks to everyone for your help and support these last 200 days - I could not have made it this far without all of you!

I am a 63 year old single woman. I quit smoking at 55 and my only regret is that I did not quit sooner. Freedom from cigarettes is truly a wonderful feeling!
