been trying to land this job for the last 6 years... finally got hired...and started training monday....
i am happy to get hired... but.. i have struggled 2 times yesterday about wanting to go outside with the smokers...i didnt do it... but its a matter of relearning what to do with extra time .. in the past i would probably have been the first one out there...you know how training is ... when you finish a test you can go on break while everyone else is finishing...but i didnt do it...i endured... i am still smoke free...
dale is right it does take 2 years being smokefree ... to have experienced most situations...
