Tomorrow is Day 40

I am kinda in shock as I think back on the past 40 days and the trials I have faced adn how I have dealt with my problems. I am kinda in disbelief that it has really been that long since I quit, it honestly feels like just a week or two have passed.

It is really reassuring to have all of you and your friendship and support. There are days when I feel like I had never smoked a day in my life, it is hard to explain and maybe some of you know what I am talking about. I am really proud of myself and how far I have come so far and under the stresses I have been faced with so far. I still have quite a ways to go.

Thank you all for being here for me!!!  I have a very different outlook on life. Before I just had goals and now I actually am creating a plan of action to accomplish them, that's very proactive and out of my comfort zone, I feel a new me is emerging and I am starting to acquire something I always wanted and that was self confidence and self esteem.

It is definetely a process but I can feel that I am on my way!
