Share your quitting journey
I've come to realize with my count down to getting through NML doesn't necessarily mean 130 days is the magic number and bam everything will be peachy King. For me I aim for something than I work for it and with determination I claim my prize whatever it might be and right now that's going from 104 .......to 130 days maybe it will be more but knock on wood for me so far at least I haven't had a problem with my quit since about I guess I really don't know it's been quite a while. I believe it's because I work towards something complete it and move on towards my next goal. I have to be busy with something that's just me. I really hope everyone is having a great smoke free weekend . I'm expecting my 5 yr old grandson for the day tomorrow which will definitely keep me busy .I had the 10 yr old grandson last Saturday and will again next Saturday. Anyway enjoy the evening.
