I just got home from the grocery store and I feel I need to share this with you. I was struggling trying to put heavy cases of water, etc. in the car and an elderly lady drove up by me. Listen to me elderly and I am 66. Oh well, she appeared to be in her 80's. She said mam if I wait for you to empty that basket will you bring it to my car because I am handicapped and can't into the storm without something to lean on. She looked as though she was even having a hard time driving and was totally by herself. I knew that God was talking to me. This poor lady could barely walk and was out by herself buying food. I hurried and took her the basket and helped her get out of the car and ask her couldn't I go get a motorized basket for her. She said no thank you and was so happy that someone took the time to help her. She looked up and me and said young lady you have a nice week and thank you again.
Wow, did that ever touch my heart. There is always someone out there worse off than we are if we look around. When God speaks to your heart, listen and the rewards are great.
