I've learned so much in my journy to be smoke free, learned alot from all of you. I think the most important lesson has been its all in how you think about your experience. My husband was just saying that this is so much better than the last time (which lasted only a couple days and I was a grumpy gus) as I'm not grumpy and I'm happier. I think about it as I am in controll, I can breath better, My stamina has increased and I feel healthier. If a bad thought pops into my head I immediately shake it off and  replace it with a positive affirmation. I excercise every morning and fill my  day with productive and meaningful things. How many people out there had a project going and were always looking for the next smoke break? I did constantly. I am all about being productive and that definately was not. Sooooo once again thank you all for sharing so that the rest of us can benefit from your successes, trials and benchmarks

This is my one and only life and I will live it to the fullest, healthy and happy

Have a wonderful, fullfilling, smokefree day all
