Hanging On

The long term stress of being sole care provider finally caught up with me and is causing all kinds of physical problems, making it difficult to function at times. I finally let my girls know what is going on, and they were right on it. I've seen the Dr and am intensifying counseling. Have signed up for a conference on caregiving and hope to meet other women in the same situation. Holding off on any medications at this point.

Two bright spots are my morning exercise in making my choice to be smoke free and sweet little Maggie.

Just wanted to let you know why I have been pretty quiet on the site.
