I am not a conspiracy nut but I do believe this wonderful nation has led the minions and the poor astray for capalistic gain. Debt and stress are readily available for those that cannot buy thier way out of it.

To have a healthy mind and body takes a lot of time. Quitting smoking takes time. Being smokefree saves and allows for extra time. Shopping, cooking and eating healthy takes a lot of time. But doing so consistently makes that time feel so much better.

We live in a society that allows us free choice but does not promote healthy choices. We are mostly forced to quick, easy valueless and sometimes destructive solutions to make it through the day.

Good health is not a national delimma but a personal conviction. Eating healthy is very time consuming and can be very expensive, a lot of work is involved but if you enjoy cooking as I do it's no big deal. Quitting smoking is absolutly the oppisite! IT SAVES YOU MONEY! BEING SMOKEFREE SAVES AND ADDS TIME TO YOUR DAY (Admittidly, the quitting period can use up a lot of time due to non functionability, but after that no more lost time to smoking)
