Hi everyone. Kinda dark and stormy in mid atlantic today. We had a tornado warning awhile ago!  Abby and i went to the basement!  :-). So, I've been trying to keep busy and stay out of that "malaise" ugh!  I was in last week!  Yesterday had a great day with a dear cousin. We went to acupuncture together. Lol. My neck is really giving me fits so I'm trying it. Last night was bowling and I did pretty good. In the 140's and without even thinking of a cigarette. Yay!  Still having issues with concentration and working on organizing stuff. Maybe it's just not the "time" to worry about it. Maybe staying busy OUT of the house is the best thing for now. Plenty of days coming where I will be stuck in the house! Anyway I have blog reading to catch up on now. Hope everyone has a great day. oxoxox
