So I have made it 9 whole months smoke free!! Three more to go (Oct, Nov, and Dec) and I will officially have gone a whole year!! This is by far the longest I have ever gone being smoke free in all my many attempts to quit. I want to thank all of you who supported me especially in the beginning, and encourage all of those who are at the beginning of this journey. I am so happy that I stuck it out and fought through those triggers, especially the first month. I went through two deaths and funerals of people close to my heart, and went on my first smoke free vacation. Lots of firsts, and still accompished my goal. Stay strong and pray lots!!
