I AM A NON-SMOKER TODAY!

 

1. Start each day with gratitude!

2. Take Epsom Salt bath with YL Lavender

3. Put a drop of YL Thieves or YL Clove on tongue during craving

4. Use Zero Smoke ear magnet 1-2 hours morning and evening

5. Candida Cleanse and Smokers Detox Kit

6. Eat only healthy foods

7. Put on headphones and watch subliminal/hypnosis videos

8. Meditation and deep breathing techniques

9. Chew on straws or cinnamon sticks

10. Stress ball or squishy pen

11. Remember how to play

12. Pray

13. Go to the gym, work out, sauna, hot tub

14. Write, draw, work with clay, paint, create

15. Go to becomanex.org or quitplan.com

16. Call quit coach

17. If necessary, use lozenge or patch, or last resort e-cig

18. Take Wellbutrin, Phenylalanine, and tyrosine (L-tyrosine)

19. Read in bed

20. Listen to classical music

21. Belly dance

22. Wash all clothing, jackets, hats, scarves and mittens.

23. Spray purses and shoes with YL Purification.

24. Go to the tanning booth

25. Get my hair done

26. Have my teeth whitened!

27. Remember my personal reasons to quit.

28. Post notes and family photos all over the house

29. Meditate again!

30. Get a volunteer job

31. At least do something for others

32. Treat myself to something special

33. Make a list of affirmations and read aloud each day

34. Take a nap

35. Breathe Therapy or other LLLT for quit smoking (if needed)

36. Get a message

37. Drink extra water to reduce craving and speed withdrawal

38. Say NO! to the addict in my head trying to convince me one is ok

39. Stop renting space in my head to the addict

40. Diffuse YL Black Pepper, YL Purification, or YL Peace and Calming
