Good afternoon dear family

This is the 4th time I have tried to post a blog today and I think it went to outer space. Either my internet doesn't like me or is it the ex net? Anyways gonna give it one more try.

I hope everyone is having a nice afternoon or is it evening now? My friend came from the beach yesterday, the one who smokes, and has kinda messed with my head. The urges have been hitting me left and right today. They came by to see me this morning for a couple of hours before they left to go home and I could just smell the smoke. Strange, while she was here I didn't have a craving, it was after she left. I would not have smoked no matter what. I am just wanting to get out of NML and hopefully the craving will go away.

I am gonna make this quick because I am not sure it is not gonna vanish. Chat with you dear friends tomorrow.
