Day 3 of Ex

Good morning all. I havent actually quit yet but have been following the instructions on triggers and working on ways to lessen the distress when I do quit which is now 10 days away. I started out at over a pack and am now down to 14. I've noticed if I just give it a few minutes after I want a ciggerette and not give in immediately sometimes I forget and go on to something else. I also noticed a smoke doesnt seem so automatic after eating etc...

For those of you who believe in the power of prayer, it would be great if you would keep me in yours as I will remember you all in mine.
