So someone reached out and told me I was doing this wrong.  I wondered why no one was reaching out.  Dah..  I have never had any time (in society) Not smoking and I think my quit date is approaching, but have Not given it too much thought.  I'm in a dark place right now, so quitting has not been a prioity, BUT it's probably a necessity....  Anyways today would be a good day to prepare for my quit if I'm serious.  I just pray that I have it in me to something Good for myself, instead of Not caring anymore.  Have a Blessed Day!!!
