This time for sure

Who of you out there remember Bullwinkle and Rocky the squirrel. In between the cartoons Bullwinkle would say to Rocky, "Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat." Rocky would say Again???? To which Bullwinkle would reply "This time for sure." But then he would pull out a Lion or a Rhino but never a rabbit.

For me I want my "This time for sure" to be just that. Having re read the first 6 chapters in the easy way to stop smoking book last night I was reminded of an interesting point. I don't enjoy smoking . Actually it is more like I loath it. (is that a right word?) Dislike or have disgust toward. I've been knocked down a bit but I'm going to get back up and keep on keeping on. Thanks for comments and suggestions. I appreciate them.
