[copd-and-must-stop]

i was released last night from hospital stay(4 days) . I am being treated for pnuemonia/COPD. I was given nicotine patch in hospital which helped. Now i am home without any patch and i slipped up twice this morning. I am on a limited income and don't have extra $ money for patch that medicaid will not cover. Where can i get free patch?
