I had two weeks of no smoking and then last Thursday at work after a cup of coffee the crave came upon me again. It seemed more difficult to shake off this time and I did end up giving in and taking the company van to the nearest gas station for some smokes. That night I smoked two and a half and vowed to get back on my quit. So tossed the cigs in the trash. Next day I was off from work and feeling bored. Went to get more cigarettes and some beer to go with them. Sort of stupid. Hadn't had a beer for over three weeks at that point. Whatever it was that came over me that I ended up yeilding to seemed almost like it had a personality. I don't know, crave, urge , desire, obsession, whatever you call it seemed supernatural to me. Now to get it in my head to do this again. Going to find and re read Allen Carr's book. I had good support here, I just was hit in a weak spot. Really don't understand completely.
