Here is something that comes from Allen Carr's book that helped me greatly.
"The pleasure you get is ending the aggravation of the craving." "But it is an illusion." "Each cigarette far from ending the craving, causes it."
So, if that little voice says "just one cigarette it won't hurt" just remember it will just prolong the suffering.
