Share your quitting journey
Another month of a solid quit or another month of struggles to keep your quit? One way that many of us keep and grow our quit is to rely on the support of our EX family members. The Daily Pledge page is a way to do that.
I like to give credit where credit is due.....a huge piece of why I've made it to the 6% Club is the education, encouragement and validation that I get from other members of the "FAM". I also hold truth as my highest value and if I make a promise to someone I will keep that promise to the best of my ability!
That my good friends is EXactly what the Daily Pledge Group does. For those of you who have never been, here's how it works: You go to the Daily Pledge Group and access the current month (that would be September 2014). Once you get there you join hands with the last person that posted, make your own pledge to stay smoke free FOR JUST 24 HOURS and offer your hand to the next person in line.
EASY PEASY!
So, come try it......make a commitment to do this every day for 1 month and see if it helps! (Make sure to go to current month)
