Suggestion to help you to become your new you!

If you are new to quitting anything, with the hopes of a better life, and you need some ideals to help you; here is some simple suggestions that I have shared with others and have been successful to them.

Make a list of things that you like to do "I will".

For instance you may want to have time to exercise, a hobby, relaxing, or maybe you would like to learn something new or just make new friends.

Make a list of things that you won't do "I won't".

Such as I won't smoke, I won't eat donuts, I won't eat anything with sugar, or whatever you know is your problem.

Make a list of your long term goal "I want".

You want to be happy, confident, but whatever you want make sure you picture yourself in an emage in your mind as YOU happy, confident, etc. etc. That picture is very important to this exercise.

Now here is how you use this little exercise;

If you think of anything from your I WON"T list, bring up your picture of yourself in your mind as I WANT (helps to remind yourself of what your goals are), and do something from your I WILL list instead.
