Thanks for everyone's support yesterday. It was probably the worse day I have experienced since I quit smoking.I have come to realize that things are going to happen whether I smoke or not. smoking stops nothing except my self respect and my quit date. The urge to smoke did hit me but I got busy and it left me.It kept coming back but I fought it hard. I will not give in to the urges and I know that I must do this for myself. NML is no fun that is for sure.I am stubborn and strong willed so maybe that is good for quitting smoking.
