Still here!

Just wanted to check in and say that I'm still here! 11 months smoke free! Celebrated by getting a new necklace with a charm with the Chinese symbol "Faith" on it. Still doing really good, and still really strong about this quit. Haven't had any "craves" at all...still just the occasional urge, which do pass quickly. I have a wonderful support group of friends, and they are probably happy I'm coming up on my 1 year so I will shut up! I have celebrated every month by posting how many months I'm smoke-free on Facebook. I won't do that after 1 year. After that it'll be private celebrating...I have to give them a break!

I still love the freedom not smoking has given me, and the only regret is that I didn't do this sooner.

Believe me, if I can do this...anyone can. You just have to want it.
