First 2-3 weeks>This is the time most people find the most difficult. Your body is detoxing during this time. It can be quite crazy physically and emotionally.

At a month you may be  feeling kind of  cocky and proud.  Proud is good, cocky is not.

In the next 3 months you may actually have some stronger cravings than any in your first month. This is the time many give in and go back to smoking. This is No Mans Land. Expect the unexpected and use the tools that got you through the first month.

Two sets of seasons. These are both emotional and physical. You may experience triggers in your second year that you didn't in your first..  At  2 years the failure rate drops dramatically (from 96% to 4 %).

Stay the course. The only way out is through.
