Doing it....not with great confidence, but doing it

In this quit, my brain has been telling me that I better exercise a lot if I want to beat the nicodemon....ok, ok I must beat the nicodemon, so ok!!

The evening of our first quit day, we played tennis.....well, every few hours since, different muscles....taking turns, are yelling at me for bouncing that fuzzy ball around....can we say....OUT of shape!

Also, I cut down drastically on Pepsi (150 cals a can).....I got on the scale after 2 days, and gained a pound, I mean seriously?....my husband was falling on the floor....

He probably lost weight because I cut down on soda....I wouldn't be shocked

I haven't had any ice cream (but that will change soon), and I have now taken up healthy seafood (part of a shrimp).....so awesome things should be happening for my body soon :)))))))))
