A work colleague who was a big inspiration to me in quitting - I saw him smoking in the parking lot today. I know he made it for a couple years... his quit day was April 1, 2012. At first I wanted to go and ask him what prompted him to start again... and then I realized I already know that answer. He thought he could just have "one" or "one puff". He got too comfortable in his quit and forgot there is NO SUCH THING AS JUST ONE!! Then, his second and biggest mistake was putting it in his mouth and lighting it. I'm sad for him.
Never ever ever get too comfortable!!!!! (I say this to myself as I say it to you)
