“Everything you want is on the other side of fear.”  -- Jack Canfield

You say you want to quit, but you haven’t yet. Maybe you’ve been lurking here for awhile, reading and browsing. Maybe you relapsed and just haven’t found the motivation to try again.

What fear is holding you back? What fear is standing between you what you want?

Is it fear of withdrawal? Because last time you tried, the withdrawal was terrible? Fear that you won’t know how to deal with stress without smoking? Fear that you’re quitting too late, and will get bad news from the doctor anyway? Fear of giving up your long-time “friend” and companion? Fear that you’ll lose your identity? Fear that quitting will be like admitting you were wrong for smoking, when you’ve spent so many years defending it and making excuses for it? Fear of failure? Maybe because you’ve failed at quitting before?

Now imagine quitting without that fear, without the gnawing feeling in your stomach and the nagging, worried little voice in your head. Imagine knowing exactly what withdrawal will feel like and how you will manage it. Imagine knowing exactly how you will deal with stress without smoking. Imaging knowing, on your quit day, that you will succeed and you will never have to quit again.

Give us your fear. Let us hold onto it for you. We’ll put it somewhere safe, and you can have it back later, if you still want it.

Learn about nicotine. Learn about withdrawal. Learn about stress. Learn just how much of this process is entirely, 100% within your control.

Let us teach you. We want to. We have been through it, we have learned these lessons. And we’re still here on this site for one reason, and one reason only. To help you and everyone like you.

Take the leap of faith, let go of the fear. When you do, everything you want will be within your reach.
