Yesterday I was on my 6th without ciggarettes. I had an hour long drive and I asked the person I was with not to smoke in the car. I said I would stop if they needed to smoke. They refused and continued to smoke the whole way there. I was so upset when I got there that I bought a pack and smoked 4 throught the day. in the evening, I threw them away (and appologized to my 9yo). So, this morning guess what I thought about as soon as my eyes opened? But I don't want to go back! I am going to continue with my quit! I love this site, you guys are the best!
