Dear All,
Today I will complete 6 months of my quit.
Initially the journey was difficult, but was possible with the help of Ex members. But nowadays it is really a pleasant journey and I do not remember any cravings since past few months.
My sincere gratitude to all members of Ex and especially to few ‘special’ remembers, who were there always when I needed them.
I am not regular on Ex these days, but that doesn’t mean that I have started smoking again or I have forgotten Ex members altogether.
I am stronger physically and mentally now. 6 month ago I was a wretch, not capable of proper thinking and performing anything without living in a dark cloud.
Thank God!!! I am no more in that cloud and I no more long for that cloud.
