hello everyone  today is day 208 and i feel great...today to celebrate my smobriety i had a delicious salmon dinner with a spinach salad and steak fries....prpared it right here at home .. just the way i like it...

my actual 7 month anniversary is on the 23rd... but i feel so good that im celebrating today///

the fires here in california are very far away from my house but  my family is still affected by them  i have a nephew in the marines and stationed in camp pendelton i also have a neice who lives in oceanside... they were both evacuated from their homes because of the fires....

tonight is very cold up here in northern california and windy...

just thought i would touch bases with you... and to let you all know that a reward system is very highly recommended for your success....

Congrats on 208 days of smobriety. I am glad to here that most of your family is safe from the fires. I am sorry to hear about your nephew and neice being evacuated from their home. You and your family are in my prayers.

I agree 100%... and you have money to fund your rewards... i.e. money you would have spent on smoking.

Izzy.....Congrats on 208 days of Freedom!       I'm happy that you see that you deserve to be treated!     And you got to pick exactly what you wanted and how you wanted it.

Stay strong.....almost to 7 months.
