What Works for me, Even after 585 days Smoke Free :

Cinnamon stick  +  bottle of water

Mint gum  +  plus water  +  reading a book

Mints  +  water  +  washing dishes

Planting a garden  +  digging holes  -  stress

Deep Breathing  +  Meditation  ( hot tea)

Brushing Teeth  +  flossing  +  water

 

These are just some of the little things i did together to distract myself from a craving or to push thru a craving.   What are some of the things that still help you since you quit, Friends?
