Last night I registered on Ex. I really wanted to stop today, but after reading through the material on the site, I set a quit date for 5/14. I have smoked one cigarette (I finally taught myself how to remember spelling) this morning. I know I'm going to have to train myself to stop the same ole routines that lead to my smoking. So, while I've smoked a cigarette this morning, I'm hopeful that if I follow the suggestions provided, I too can find success. Thanks to those who've gone before and are willing to continue to give their experiences at quitting.
