Disappointment

Well I was accepting that I would finally be able to quit without some help from patches, then my roommate said he was getting the patches for me since the quitline can not give me any until next year so I was excited and happy, now I can't get them. I do not buy my cigarettes I bum off of my roommate and mother in law, so I do not spend any money for cigarettes. I can not afford the patches as they are almost $50. Now I need to get back to where I accept the cold turkey route. I am going to get this. I may have to stay at my house for a little bit, maybe even the first 3 days as I do not want to get irritated with anyone and I don't know how that is going to affect my bipolar. Granted I am on meds for the bipolar, but it doesn't mean that my feelings with quitting will affect it.
