Has been awhile but I'm still here.Back on the patches again under Doctors orders.It's been a week or so now.I was told that the smoke is what I have to worry about not the nicotine.I can't smoke at all or the damage is going to get worse.I'll be on line as much as possible but this time of year I'm out working most of the time.I'll try and keep my EX friends up to date as much as possible.Think of you all often.Harvey
