This is Day 30 for me, so I guess I'm heading into NML? It's been 30 days of mixed emotions for sure...some real highs & some real lows, and as much as I never want to repeat those 30 days! I wouldn't trade them for anything right now. Those 30 days to me have meant the difference between bondage & freedom!
I see some real challenges on the horizon for me in the near future, but this time I don't see me going back into bondage like I did all the times before. Watching (or even smelling, ha) my husband as he continues to smoke does nothing for me except to make me want to holler "thank God I'm free!!!", but in my heart of hearts I truly desire the same thing for him & believe he'll soon be entering into his "final" quit, and I'll be right there to encourage & help him like all of you have been there for me.
Thanks EXers for the best 30 days so far....but there will be more to come....I just know it!!
