Happy hump day to all my Exer friends.... I am now on day 392 smoke free, but I have struggled....It seems that voice in my head wanted to keep surfacing. I have not smoked because of what I have learned on this site..I think I was over confident with my quit because of my one year anniversary.....To even think "just one" is not an option.....RIGHT?? I have been visiting all the blogs and comments both here and at other sites.and happy to say it has really helped.... I am a non-smoker and enjoy my FREEDOM...... I am back home now from Pensacola and my snow is almost gone Whew.... It feels good to have my family and friends close by.. Have a great day and try to enjoy spring. SUSIE
