Some people love adventure. Others hide from it and some simply don't see it.
Why is that important? Life is fun when you adventure! Life is full of excitement, happy surprises, and sheer joy when you adventure!
Climbing mountains. Dancing in fountains. Blowing bubbles for my grandchildren. I love them all!
Planning a trip to Ireland. Roller skating and hula hooping. Learning to paint with oils. Love them all again!!
I could go on and on! But my joys, my adventures are about me. You have your own joys. You have your own excitements. Remember them. Find them. Enjoy them!
Let go of the smoking. Let go of the focus on it being so hard. Look forward to the adventures you can have instead. Look towards the joys in life. The moments that make you smile. The friends....the family...the love.
Life is short and so very precious! Feel the excitement. Live the joys. Love the happiness you find when you let go of whatever holds you back.
