Have been feeling a "flare" coming on and woke up sick puppy today Easter kinda got blown. Oh well! Was wondering if anyone here has experience with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and/or Fibromalgia. This condition makes me very fatigued and I know I did lean on smoking as a stimulant to keep me alert. I'm sure it really just made everything worse. But now I'm really struggling with the most severe fatigue and pain that I've had in a long time. and wondering if is the adjustment from not smoking. Making things more challenging but I'm not going back to smoking! Have been going back and reading some of the old blogs from successful EXers and that has really been motivating!!!
