Well I am 50 days and some hours quit smoking.  Honestly I dont' want a cigarette.  Do I ever crave, yes, but I just go no, that is not me anymore.

Somebody at work today asked what I did to my leg.  I said I was trying out for the Russian ballett and that high kick got.  They said oh, did you get the part!!!

Sounds a lot better than mowing the year huh).

My sister in law dropped by the other day, she and her husband both smoke.  They are retired and not real healthy. The first thing out of her mouth, well how did you quit.  We have tried and tried, and we want to be like you.  Man did that feel goo.

So that is my ramble.. stay smoke free... love one another, forgive those who have hurt you, it is the best gift you can give yourself.

I am retired from accounting, a grandmother to 13, mother to 4. I quit smoking 3 years ago for 1 1/2 years but started again. I have now quit. I love to play on my laptop, work in my garden, visit friends, and have church activities. I am relatively healthy for an old woman and hope I have many years left to aggravate my children.
