Trying to De-stress

I have had lots of family drama lately and have been very stressed out.  I am learning about deep breathing and meditation and i have been doing those things but i need something more.

I have not been telpted to smoke but i do live with a smoker everyday (my Hubby) and sometimes he leaves his tobacco on the stove in the kitchen or out where i have to move it aside myself.  That is very annoying for me.  

I guess, what i am saying is that i am WAY stressed - what else can i do to relax, or get this stress to leave me?  I took a long hot bath last night, and that helped.  I sometimes turn the television off when i am home (it can be stressful with the tv on all the time).  I drink herbal tea and that helps too........what else can i do?  I am just so tense all the time  (((sigh)))
