Bananas contain B vitamins and other minerals that lessen the effects of nicotine withdrawl both physically and psychologically.  So try eating bananas when your withdrawls are really kicking your butt!!  Just a good fun fact i found online and wanted to share this with all of the newbies here that may not know these things.
