Since I made up my mind to quit smoking on January 2013 I picked up the phone and called 1800 no butts. On January 22. 13. I Started nicotine patches. But I made a mistake and picked up cigarettes because I was angry but I stayed quit I started new quit day it was February 2 13. My last nicotine patch was on March 15 13 I started nicotine withdrawal for 3 days. On February 12 14 was my birthday my girlfriend took me Chinese restaurant for my birthday dinner.
