Had a very long day yesterday, my husband has cirrhosis of the liver and grandson has been diagnosis with developmental dealies. No my husband is not a drinker, but the Dr. thinks that the cirrhosis could come from his diabetes 2 . I did smoke twice yesterday, I felt if I can get thru a day truly full of stress, than the small stuff won't matter, But ALAS I did not and smoke, but regret so much that I went back to be a non-smoker. I having a real tuff time today. With still adjusting to facing these two realities that won't go away, even less when I smoke. N> O> P> E>
That's just it, summer!! We have to learn NOPE even thru the tough times!! I feel that I finally have a successful quit because I got thru the tough stuff and said NOPE!! Who knows, I could relapse tomorrow but I don't WANT to!! I want to keep being successful and KNOW that smoking NEVER helped my nerves or tough situations. Best wishes on your NEW JOURNEY of self discovery!!
